Evan Moore, Founder
Evan founded RF India to change a pattern he kept watching unfold. Capable Indian students with strong applications and real ambition. American chapters earned. Then a refusal stamp at the consular window and no clear path forward. He built RF India to give families a partner who could see the whole picture, not just the admissions slice.
The program was built around a sharp observation about the F-1 environment for Indian students. Approval rates down. Documentation requirements up. The questions consular officers ask have changed. RF India is purpose-made for that reality, run by consultants who live and work on the American side of the table where the access actually is.
