These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website rf1.in and any consulting services provided by RF1 LLC (operating as "Real Frequency India," "RF India," "we," "us," or "our"). By using rf1.in, contacting us, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or engage our services.
1. Services Description
RF1 LLC, through its Real Frequency India program, provides college consulting and advisory services for prospective Indian students applying to United States universities. Services may include, without limitation, school list development, application strategy, essay coaching, test-prep guidance, financial aid guidance, I-20 and F-1 visa preparation support, and pre-arrival orientation. Specific deliverables for any engagement are defined in a separate engagement agreement.
We do not represent any government authority, and we do not guarantee admissions outcomes, financial aid awards, visa approvals, or any specific result. Our role is advisory.
2. Eligibility
The site and our services are intended for prospective university students and their families. Where the prospective student is a minor, the parent or legal guardian agrees to these Terms on the student's behalf and is responsible for the student's compliance with these Terms.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use our site or services in any unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent manner.
- Submit false, misleading, or misrepresented information about yourself or the prospective student to RF India or any university.
- Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the security or integrity of our site or services.
- Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our materials, curricula, school lists, or proprietary tools without our written consent.
4. Payment Terms
Fees, payment schedules, and accepted payment methods for any engagement are set out in your individual engagement agreement. Discovery Calls are provided free of charge. Unless stated otherwise in writing, fees are quoted exclusive of applicable taxes, and taxes are the responsibility of the client.

5. Cancellation
You may cancel an engagement at any time by providing written notice to us at myf1visa@rf1.in. Refund eligibility upon cancellation is governed by our Refund Policy. We may suspend or terminate services if you materially breach these Terms or your engagement agreement, fail to pay fees when due, or engage in conduct that, in our reasonable judgment, makes continued collaboration unworkable.
6. Confidentiality
We treat the information you share with us about your family and your student as confidential and use it only to deliver the agreed services. We may share information with third-party service providers strictly as necessary to deliver the services, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on rf1.in, including text, graphics, logos, school lists, frameworks, templates, and tools, is owned by RF1 LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the site and engagement deliverables for your personal, non-commercial use.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RF1 LLC, its affiliates, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our site or services. Our total cumulative liability arising out of or related to any engagement will not exceed the fees paid by you to RF1 LLC for that engagement during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Disclaimers
Our services are advisory in nature. While we draw on substantial experience with US college admissions and F-1 immigration practice, we do not provide legal or immigration legal advice. We strongly encourage clients to consult licensed immigration attorneys for legal questions specific to their situation. Outcomes such as admissions decisions and visa approvals are determined by third parties (universities and consular officers) and are outside our control.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Spokane County, Washington, USA.

11. Changes to These Terms
